Location We Ship To

FoxwellDiag.com can ship to the following countries and regions: Hong Kong SAR, United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Russia, South Korea, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland,  Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and so on.

 

Order Processing Time

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends mght experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • The tracking number of your order will be provided to you by email after the shipment is shipped out and documented.

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Your order may be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or Hong Kong.
  • United States Warehouse – Available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. only. Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
  • European Union Warehouse – Available for orders shipped to EU countries only. Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days.
  • United Kingdom Warehouse – Available for orders shipped within the UK only. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
  • Australia Warehouse – Available for orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand only. Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days.
  • Hong Kong Warehouse – For destinations not covered above, or when stock is unavailable in local warehouses, orders will be shipped from Hong Kong via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar couriers. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the efficiency of the courier service.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact the local carrier first and reach out to our customer support team.

For returns, replacements, or repairs due to product defects, please contact our customer support team for the correct return address.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, outlying islands, and U.S. territories) enjoys free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Some products may also qualify for free shipping in certain EU countries, Australia, and the UK.
  • Final shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.

 

Tracking

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delays due to force majeure events such as typhoons, floods, wars, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@foxwelldiag.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

 

Change of Delivery Address

  • Due to the secure reasons, we are not allowed to change shipping address through email. We will only follow your address listed at the payment for the shipment.
  • Please confirm the address and other order information when placing the order. Customer's invalid or wrong shipping address, wrong contact information cause carrier failed to deliver the parcel or deliver to a wrong address, refund cannot be issued.

 

Item Not Received

  • Sometime, you might not receive the parcel you bought from us because of it gets lost in transit for the post office reason, we will issue full refund or replacement.
  • Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If you don’t get item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm with the couriers and get back to you ASAP.
  • If product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange replacement for you and bear the shipping cost by ourselves. Or a full refund if you don't need the item anymore.

 

Order Cancellations

We don’t accept order cancellation over 24 hours after order confirmed. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

If your order is shipped from a warehouse located outside your delivery country/region, import duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges may be applied by the local customs authorities.

  • These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping fees.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
