Great piece of kit, good value too. GREAT customer service.

A vehicle scanner is a great piece of kit and where this differs from some I've used in the past is that it's not just a scanner. It's an Android tablet so can be used for other things too.
Built in battery, wireless and access to a plethora of vehicles.
But you'll need to put in the work on your end by learning your cars electrical and data systems to get the most out of it and there is a LOT to learn.

Got My Vehicle Running Again

I’ve been really impressed with the NT909. It’s a full tablet with a tough protective case, and it lets you save live data and reports as PDFs. I emailed the support team before buying to make sure it had the functions I needed, and they were really helpful in pointing me to the right model.

I used it to reset the power control module on a Honda CR-V after doing a timing chain replacement and compression test. Without the reset, the car wouldn’t start. The scanner handled it easily. I was also able to monitor the idle learn procedure and confirm it completed, and do a crank pattern relearn. It’s worked great on my other vehicles too. It's been a fantastic addition to my tool set.

Useful, comprehensive tool.

Very helpful for the small shop or for anyone who works on a variety of cars. Overkill for my needs (total of 8 cars in extended family). Great for identifying and clearing codes, and for silencing annoying bells and whistles (temporarily, of course). Nice, large screen. One car couldn't be found (oddly, 1 Toyota mid 2000s). Overall, good find, especially with current coupon on Amazon.
